Been thinking about how I will tackle the steps this time.
Tried the start off quick and just go for it…that definitely doesn’t work.
Putting your mind elsewhere, like a beach or a favourite memory is good for a few flights then the pain kicks in and reality returns.
Under no circumstances join in a sing song as you rise.Resist.This is important.
Plan tomorrow is to use handrail to take the intense strain off the legs and to stop every three flights and pretend to check my messages.

Just to reiterate. Philips isn't Rodri and they play completely different. We need to get behind kalvin as this could make him or break him, he obviously needs to honour his side of the deal too but I'm really expecting him to shut people up.
