Good summary that. Very impressive performance from the team. The way we neutralize teams is incredible.

Mate, I was seriously shitting myself about this match, & seeing the bench turned my shit to diarrhea!

I honestly didn't expect this exemplary professional performance, considering the team were rinsed on Wednesday.

I can't express how pleased I am with what I saw tonight. Newcastle tore Villa a second arsehole last week, & we basically controlled them like a puppet master.

Considering we're far from our best, & struggling for squad numbers, our opposition must be cacking their y-fronts!

Hopefully our injury situation will ease very soon, & we can seal deals for Paqueta & Doku to release some of the impending squad pressure when the CL, Carabao Cup & international breaks kick in.

Calvin must be sold and replaced immediately. Sorry to have to say it I don't like knocking our players but it is a waste of a shirt. Rodri is going to get a serious injury if he is to be run into the ground again this season.

Don't think anyone's come in for him mate..I've still got a bit of hope he comes good in cup games.

Just realised how good Gundogan was. Maybe a bit under rated? He kept midfield ticking over, like Kovacic today, but scored great goals too.

Oh gundo was one of our best midfielders we ever had , i think we realised just how good his last 2 seasons

He’s overrated he’s this that and the other. Tonight was a coming of age for him. Can he fill KDBs boots? This boy has arrived!! I’ve known Phil from a very early age and he now has the world at his feet. I salute you..breath taking. Thank you Pep you are a legend

Phil arrived a long time ago for me, we've not seen the best of him for a while but we've seen plenty of it before.

I tell u what I'm trying too get used too, is this feeling of being quite relaxed when we're one goal to the good going into the last 10minutes. We're such a great defensive unit now, and I still don't think we get enough credit for it. We have defenders who can actually defend, and we have guys who run themselves into the ground for each other. The desire and togetherness is incr3dible. Kev is a massive loss, and we may not score as many without him, but the signs are still looking good for us so far. We still look hungry.

Our current defence is excellent. That is why we won the CL. Only 3 goals conceded in 7 knockout games. Previously we had to score three to stay in a tie. This gives us a better chance to win games like tonight when we're not scoring much.

Gvardiol will prob take a season to adapt.

Grealish needs to do more in an attacking sense.

Gvardiol is going to be the best Cb in the world. Has everything , with Pep and Dias there to help him improve his potential is limitless. It’s why I was so excited that we were linked to him and signed him
