They have no football experience people at the club. Trying to approach managers/coaches with out the structure in place will definitiely put any good coach off.

What is the Club playing philosophy, what strcutures are being put in place in terms of playing style, type of players system etc etc. You need a Director of Football who takes care of all of that.

and you look like a professional outfit, however now the toon look clueless and jumping from A to B.

football has changed with rules for FFP and you can be the richest owners in the world and hit a brick wall with what you can invest into a club. newcastle take over is ten years to late. they will find managers and players are now the most greediest people on the planet and if you can not spend the money they will not come

newcastle should slowly play it down even get relegated and then build. but forget instant glory its not happening with splashing the cash.
