I think they will from the Guardian. It will try to dredge up all sorts of dodgy Saudi business deals from the past, and probably throw in some criticism of the UK for defence deals with the country while they‘re at it, despite there being no link to Newcastle’s buyers apart from being Saudi.

Strangely though, despite similar dodgy business deals, having a US or Russian owner gives certain clubs a free pass.

Interesting and good for the league in terms of competition

As others have said, us and Chelsea are a bit of a template for them.

They'll also have that spell when they need to make a mega signing, but also overpay for good but not elite players, like we did.

They also need a good team of business managers, etc, to keep to a vision, and spot diamonds in the rough (Silva, Yaya, Serg, etc) to really get things off the ground. They will bag an "elite" football manager with enough wages thrown around
