I think they’ll sign someone like Aaron Ramsey. Not a mega star, but a known name. On absolutely ridiculous wages.Pleased for them - they’ve been held hostage for years and forced to tread water.
It’ll be very interesting to see how closely they follow the City blueprint. Will they go after a strong core of current England players like we did? Will they go straight out for a galactico? Will we see a French or Spanish team in barcodes soon? Who’s going to be their Joleon Lescott, Gareth Barry etc?
