Argue with yourself Jimmy I say what I see and in my eyes rodri was a ten.great team performance but rodders clear.
Who's having a f*cking argument ? It's all about opinions , i gave it to Foden he was an eleven , looking at the match day thread at half time and it looked like all the players were shite even Rodri got slagged off, quite unbelievable , whenthat was our best team performance of the season

Apologies agreed can't wait for the rest of the games we looked scarily good.

The easy choice would be DeBruyne, goal and assist that won the match. What a legend.

Bobb... What composure on that finish from the youngster.

But Kovacic gets my shout.
His sheer consistency.
His influence both offensive and defensive that mean you can never forget he is on the pitch.
There is more people who liked your post than voted for him, which is kinda odd tbh lol

It's probably invidious to vote for a guy who was only on for twenty minutes. But who did not see that he completely changed the nature of the game? Suddenly there was dynamism, directness. Vision.
Not that we were that bad for the match, overall. Same old, same old, two good breakaway goals that were a combination of the opposition being ruthless, and us backing off them. Otherwise we dominated, by some margin, both before and after.
The KDB factor simply cannot be overstated, though.

De Bruyne was absolutely majestic in the short time he was on the pitch, and Rodri was excellent too. Special mention for Kovacic who I thought had another very good game in midfield.
He is back to the form that he was showing in the early part of the season.

His role in the team is also allowing Rodri to be even more influential and expressive in the final third. I think Rodders is on a mission to add the goals we got from Gundo.

Rodri. Consistently man of the match. Others will weigh in with an improved second half or a vital 30 minutes, but week in week out Rodri is arguably the only player that is consistently producing the goods over 90 minutes.

I wouldn't normally consider a player who was on the pitch for only 20 minutes. But today I'm jumping on the KDB bandwagon.

A masterclass in bossing a midfield. Rodri was incredible as was Kev but Rodri did it the whole game. Three quite amazing goals but I think Silvas was magical, the flick was so clean and pure.
