Not much as its not racial vilification.

In some cases it will be a statement of fact.

In fact if you believe in the good books word we are all decendants from a whore.

Of course if he directed the comments at the fairer sex it would be genetically incorrect what he said but again no racial vilification.

If he had called them black or white gypsy bastards that would be a different story but calling someone a whore or a son of a whore is not racial vilification.

The rules are no insulting and/or abusive language. Double the penalty if the language refers to a persons ethnic origin and/or race.

If true I don't think he's got a leg to stand on, I'm hoping it's not.

Glad someone has understood the true sense of racial vilification at last and it what situation it can be seen as such and when it cannot.

For those Newcastle and City supporters offended by any comments one of our players has made to them kindly report it to the clubs and they will request the authorities to investigate it.

I can call you a fuck wit or a bastard or even a gypsy especially if you are but I cross the line if I add a colour to it.

Its like if I call an aboriginal a **** he can take offense and perhaps rightfully so but its not vilification based on race or creed or colour.

But if I call him a black **** and he takes offense to that I am in a bit of strife.
