newcastle - welcome back or not??

Yes newcastle are welcomed by me.

Firstly they bring a good following to Coms unlike Wigan, bolton, Blackburn etc

secondly its a great day out

thirdly they try to play decent football

and finally they try the extra mile to beat the RAGS as they obviously can't stick them

Yes!

Glad they are back. Now lets hope Wigan drop through the trap door!

It's a yes from me. Apart from the away fans getting altitude sickness, the atmosphere at a full St James' beats a lot of other grounds and it's only a 20 min bus ride for me.

They are suited to the plastic Premier League we endure these days.

Rather have seen Forest back and the Geordies given a bit more time to reflect that they really were not too big to go down

Oh great, the most deluded fans in football are back :-( Win their first game and they'll be on about Champs League qualification (if they're not already).

Absolutley not a fan of Newcastle, but you have to admire the crowds they've got this season.

They bring nothing new to the PL though, and agree about the smaller clubs deserving of their place in the Prem.

Watch Hughton get the bullet, "thanks for rescuing the sinking ship but Shearer's coming in....."

Hughton deserves a knighthood, I'd say.

better than bolton/blackburn/wigan for starters
Wondered how long it would be before some pillock posted that.

Only Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Villa, Everton, Liverpool and Spurs have had a longer unbroken run in the Premier League than Bolton. We're there on merit.

it's good to see a side looking to the top of the table rather than trying to scrape to 40 points.
The top of which table? The Championship?

My thoughts exactly. I was wondering how long it will be before they call for a 'geordie messiah' to be in the hot seat as nobody else understands them apparently!
