It looks like most are predicting a loss to Liverpool. However I think we need to factor in their away game to Napoli. That is going to take something out of their legs. The first goal is going to be critical. If we can score then we can play them on the counter. 2-1 City.

Looking at the other games, Tottenham away is tricky. The others are mid table teams that we should dispatch confidently.

Expecting to get beat at Anfield and hopefully win the rest, Spurs (A) will be tricky, the pitch will be shite.

If we win at Anfield they might as well put our name on the trophy (joking) but if we win there then fully expecting us to go on a run blitzing everyone, especially with Kev coming back soon. If we win there we can win anywhere.

We should be looking to win at Anfield and make a statement.
Sooner or later we will win, the fact that their at Napoli away Wednesday is a huge advantage to us.
However Pep needs to recognise that previous set ups vs Liverpool haven't worked and come up with a better plan.

Win at Victimpool and it will give the squad another massive boost. Watching the rent boys beat them last night shows they are vulnerable in places where Sane and Razza will be. Take our created opportunities and cut out the Keystone Cop defending and we WILL turn them over. The candle wavers will be in literal meltdown too if they lose at Napoli.
It’s our best chance to win there, we need to be ready from the start, they’ll come out at Mach 3, so if we can stifle them for a while, they’ll get frustrated and tired. Their vermin will get restless if they’re not ahead in the first half, knowing that they can’t play with that intensity for a whole game.
It’s a tricky one to call. I just hope we don’t cave in and give the dippers a leg up.

Agree Pep needs to do something a bit differently, and you only have to look at their game against chelsea that they can be get at but a point would be huge

Definitely doesn't help that Sterling always plays awfully as he lets them get into his head. He's so important to us playing well it may be worth playing someone else for him

I hope Pep doesnt change too much agaisnt Liverpool, he has done some odd changes to the team against Liverpool lately and i hope he just stacks to our usual team,we can beat them if we play near our best and just need to keep away from silly passing mistakes as we did last year and this time against Lyon.
