As things stand we haven’t beaten any of the teams currently in the top 12 so big improvement will be needed

We need to show the spirit of 2017/18 and get 10 wins..

In the past couple of seasons we would look at those ten and be expecting 10 wins.

This season you just don't know. If we can get 10 wins then that's a huge step towards the title. The derby draw was horrific but that pragmatism is fine this season with everyone dropping points. Mourinho managed to get Spurs 7pts from home wins against us and Arsenal and an away draw at Chelsea. What he hasn't managed to change at Spurs yet is being 3-0 up and drawing with West Ham and drawing with Palace. Those games are where Spurs will still struggle. Liverpool look like they're struggling after so many games with a pretty fixed 11. They're not a concern on form.

Let's go get the 10 wins, make the most of our squad over this busy period and rise to the top. That way we can have some comfort and play more pragmatically in the bigger games knowing we have that cushion. If anyone can go and do 10 in a row, it's still us.

Aguero is our all time greatest but I’ve got no faith in his sharpness, speed or fitness to get us out of any hole anymore, I’m sorry to say.

Maybe the odd winner when needed for an important 3 pts but not 15+ goals to win us a league.
