Spurs and Palace always cause us problems....

Play as we did today and Son especially and Kane will have a field day. We are the perfect team for spurs to play as they will sit back, and hit us on the break at every transition

I can recall City beating Spurs 5-1 away twice and a 6-0 win at home. Ok City have had a couple of dodgy seasons against Spurs but over the past 10-12 seasons will be well ahead.

We won't do too badly vs Palace. Haaland will improve our chances of getting the 3 points regardless of Palace being a counter-attacking threat. Spurs is the question mark.

We were worse off this time last season and got 93 points.

This year I don’t think Liverpool will get over 85.

People need to calm the fuck down all the time, life is good.

The last couple of seasons we've put together a really remarkable run of wins from late autumn over winter.
This season is broken up by the world Cup, so stringing that kind of run together before and after the WC will be even more difficult, in fact I'd say impossible
I thought that our two biggest challengers this season would be Liverpool and Chelsea, but both already look very inconsistent. Meanwhile arsenal and spurs have improved significantly, but IMO not enough to amass over 90 points
It's the banana skin clubs such as Palace, Newcastle, Brighton that could be the deciding factor. They have good management and on their day will cause us and the other clubs with title aspirations problems
We should be looking at thumping Palace this weekend, but they've already proven to be more resolute defensively and very dangerous on the counter attack and look how we suffered on Sunday!
The world Cup will really help the lesser sides in the second half of the season who have only a few players heading to Qatar

Palace this weekend and Spurs in a couple of weeks will be extremely testing games
