For every single team under every single manager. The best teams and best managers are the ones that do it less. We've played some fucking dire games under Mancini, Pellegrini, and Pep. It happens sometimes
Yeah he's shit, we'll never win anything with him.Not much exciting about a thousand short passes and don't work the keeper at the end of it. Sure we rack up 5 goals against cannon fodder. Its games like Saturday that Pep needs to find a way to win. A lot of what we do is too slow giving the opposition no matter how limited they are plenty of time to set up a defensive wall. I think when De bruyne, foden and Grealish play together we might up the pace a bit, at least I hope so.
Think it would be a fairly short list and he’d be on it. Surprised he’s still at Ajax not sure he will still be there in 2 years so may be harder to get if he’s in a fairly new job somewhere.Surely Ten Haag would be near the top of the list of potential replacements for when pep leaves
managed the Bayern reserves when pep was at Bayern , football philosophy is very much the same as pep and cruyff he has his teams playing wonderful football
won the double twice with Ajax and has champions league experience
I feel he is someone who we could make our own as well if that makes sense as he’s not a name or been around all the big clubs like mourinho conte ancelotti etc
this is just an my opinion but I’m sure he would jump at the chance to come to the premier league and manage city
Thank you for your kind comments on this forum and pointing out my extreme ignorance and lack of football knowledge. Must remember not to criticise Pep again. This your usual response to different opinions??That shows your enormous ignorance of football.
The manager regularly makes channges to the way we play throughout games. Because you don't know anything about the game you follow you didn't see them.
Here's one example from Saturday: it became obvious that we weren't building properly from the back so he made Gundogan drop back alongside Fernandino at half time to provide us with link up play. He makes changes like this all the time to respond to what's happening on the pitch.
People who say "we have No Plan B" usualyl have so little football knowledge that the only change to the system they would actually recognise would be sticking on Peter Crouch and hoofing it up to him every time you go a goal down.
Funnily enough he signed an extension not long back and his contract actually runs out in June 2023 the same as pep ..Think it would be a fairly short list and he’d be on it. Surprised he’s still at Ajax not sure he will still be there in 2 years so may be harder to get if he’s in a fairly new job somewhere.
When the opinions are as daft as yours then it is, I’m sorry. You could counter the points I made about the way he changes things if you want. Call me a **** too. I won’t mind.Thank you for your kind comments on this forum and pointing out my extreme ignorance and lack of football knowledge. Must remember not to criticise Pep again. I’ll stick to my daft opinions and you can stick to yours. Why I would call you a **** is frankly baffling. When the opinions are as daft as yours then it is, I’m sorry. You could counter the points I made about the way he changes things if you want. Call me a **** too. I won’t mind.
