Slight digression perhaps, but this kit may well be the worst kit we've ever had (IMO), and I don't recall it getting the reaction Nike's latest effort has.

Whilst i'm no fan of that kit, or the Reebok one's in general, let's look at it... Is it Skyblue and white, with minimal navy as trim – YES... which makes it more of a City kit than next seasons travesty!
In fact, if nothing else, Reebok always gave us sky blue and white.
That kit was 2005/2006... were these boards going in 2005 for their to be such backlash?

on the last point yes the forum was about, but smaller and their was a more shitter things than the kit happening. But you are right the fact the sleaves are white kinda negates the outrage, If next years kit had white rather than navy sleaves I expect more people would still not be happy, but would be able to live with it easier.
 
The home kit would kinda grow on me for sure. But it doesn't cover up the fact that it's not a good kit. I could easily put this one in the top 5 or 6 worst City kits ever.
 
How would some of our fans cope with gold and black for a shirt or are they not our colours ? we have worn most colours in our history and I think somebody nailed it when they said we thinks the shirts should be from when they started watching city and should never change . It is for one year get a grip

Are you sure they are black trom/shorts? I am sure there is a video of the same season in colour and it's gold with maroon trim and shorts, was posted on bm a couple of years back, and as a away strip looked smart

The commentator at the beginning says gold and black which is what I went off
