Next seasons home shirt (allegedly)

I read an article today on Nikes push to have matching top and shorts across the range. This includes Brazil's home kit which now has yellow shorts, which does put our monstrosity somewhat in proportion. The only countries that didn't accept nikes design of matching shirt/shorts was Croatia and one other one which I have forgotten.

Wow, can't believe Brazil have accepted that! It's a bit of a thick approach by Nike to disregard traditions and shoehorn institutions much older than themselves into their stupid marketing. Is it even marketing? What's their angle? Is it primarily their decision?

The possible saving grace- and it goes along with what a few people have said... this is likely a training top and NOT our 2nd or 3rd kit.

Training tops don't have etihad on

The article (Daily Mail) looks like it was (partly) wrong. Brazil are staying in blue shorts but have yellow as first back up instead of the traditional white.

"On another interesting note, the Brazil 2016 Copa America kit features yellow shorts, at least as first alternative to the traditional blue ones. Instead of switching to white shorts in case of a color clash, Brazil will go yellow-yellow-white, in line with other upcoming Nike kits including the 2016 France Euro 2016 home kit and the 16-17 Barcelona away kit."

some info on the vapour kit template here >>>> http://www.footyheadlines.com/2016/03/nike-unveils-all-new-vapor-kits.html?m=1

so Nike can't enforce it anyway, if the bloody Croatians can get what they want, then so can we.

Ah! Cheers for that. We should have demanded white from them, not like they pay us much compared to others.

Not sure what article you read, but this is Brazil's latest kit...

They wouldn't dare change the Brazil strip – and they wouldn't have fucked around with the rags kit either... there's no way they'd have had red shirts and shorts, black socks.
So why do we let them fuck around with our kits!?!

I wont buy a nike kit ever.they are just shysters churning out the same stupid designs for every football club whose brand they can abuse

These are well paid sports-fashion designers. They can't design 3 shirts in a year? They don't even have to design the style, Nike always use a template. They only need to get the colours right!

Haha and often can't get colour right !
