The thing that's really angering about it is the fact that it treats us as if we're some tinpot club with no history, no heritage or tradition. As if we're some blank canvas Nike can do whatever the fuck they want with.

How the flying fuck can they have the nerve to put that out as a Manchester City home kit?

Really fucks me off. It's a fucking piss take.

Well just when we thought Nike couldn't produce a shitter kit, they go and do it,it's as if it's an after thought oh quick we forgot about city ahh just fire something together that will do,it's brutal ..

Trouble is to go to who ? Adidas are going to just one team umbro and macron etc don't have the outlets to get the shirts into every sports shop and best stay clear of puma unless you have a six pack !
To be honest I have no idea but there must be somebody out there that want to make an impact in football. I have posted before that I'm surprised Legends haven't taken over our merchandising, they do the hospitality etc. and I know they use Wilson for the Yankees, would they be interested in football ? But as I say I've no real idea , just guessing / hopefully ng.

I love how angry you get when you don't like something.
Invest in some stress balls, I'm starting to feel sorry for next doors cat! Haha!

Lol. I've been lucky with women is all.

Do I think Nike could have done better? Yeah.
Should our board have said no to it? Yeah

But it's just for one season and hopefully we will fuck Nike off soon enough. As I say, I don't think it's worth worrying too much over as nothing will change.

well the badge managed to change. The club were happy to consult then. The semi-final prices were fixed because of fan pressure and backlash, so the club changed stance there. So evidently, if fans put pressure on, we can make the club force Nike to do a good job and respect our identity every season. It just needs co-ordinated backing, that's all. I just feel not only is it important that we have nice kits that City supporters like, but also project a consistent brand and identity to the world, a consistent kit with consistent colours projects a stronger brand to the world, and gives us an identity on a par with our global rivals who keep their core identity very similar year after year.

Looks like a training top, can't sre myself buying that especially if it's £40+
