As has been noted in the FootyHeadlines comments (and as is slightly evident in the handsome instagram model's pic), the shirt will also have a navy stripe going down the left and right side.

It's like the badge trying to keep everyone happy we end up with the rivers and the rose, which spoils it a bit, IMO. The kits the same, keep it simple 2 core colours light blue and white. Save the navy for the numbers.
