What will happen in regards to La Liga. Surely they can't reject something in his clause.

nominally it could be someone else other than PSG giving Neymar the money. It's all financial gymnastics but it wouldn't be showing up on PSG's books.

Desperation because La Liga is propped up by Barcelona and Madrid and they can't afford to be seen as losing their best players.
PSG are doing fine work here. Weaken Barca's team and world image. They've also refused to sell Barca Veratti.
This is the first step to breaking the Madrid/Barca/Bayern dominance (which may have ended naturally anyway due to the ages of Iniesta/Messi/Suarez/Ronaldo/Benzema/Robben and Ribery).

UEFA should immediately stop all transfers in and out of La Liga. Wonder what the chances are of that happening?

Surely a football clubs books for the next season(s), cannot be judged in advance, by the ruling body of a league, in another country ?
Basically they are accusing PSG of being an untrustworthy organisation, without any evidence whatsoever.

It does seem odd.
I'm not sure why (unless there's a legal loophole) breaking FFP would be a valid reason to refuse it. Surely it's up to PSG whether they care about FFP, and then up to UEFA to do something. Prejudging things seems really weird.
