Pretty much everyone is reporting Neymar's representatives have paid his release clause. It won't either show up on PSG's books! It's technically a free transfer!

Either PSG gave Neymar the money in which case it will show up, or a third party gave Neymar the money, if it was Qatar then they may have to prove it wasnt connected to PSG. They arent out of the woods yet. That is assuming they couldnt pay the €220 mill and be within FFP.
