Neymar

First, you chose stop to dissociate PSG owners and Leonardo. The appointment of Leonardo is not a coincidence. It has been decided during a meeting in Qatar capital, Doha.
Henrique has originally been brought in by Zahavi to make the Neymar deal possible two years ago. His recent dismissal means PSG owners don't want to keep Neymar on the bench just for their pride. Leonardo has already made an extensive interview in which he explained Neymar transfer will be a financial operation devoid of feelings. While PSG has absolutely nothing to gain by letting him rot on the bench or on the reserves because of FFP, Leonardo and the direction will not accept to be extremely lowballed either.

As for Neymar declaration, it is obviously used to escalate the situation. The interview was highly prepared in advance with questions being screened beforehand. He could have said that his best feeling was during the year he scored in each decisive knock out games and won the CL with Barça. The 6 - 1 answer from Neymar is a very big lack of respect. Not only was it marked by terrible refereeing but Neymar himself had "assaulted" his PSG and Brazil teammate Marquinhos which should have got him a red card. Pretty distateful.

you surely didn't believe that Neymar was a decent individual before he signed for PSG did you ?

I really don't care about players personality unless it has a negative impact on the club i support.

So, to answer your question more accurately, i didn't think anything about Neymar personality. Now, he is going into a public war with PSG (since the question and the answer were prepared beforehand) and it doesn't sit well with me. It doesn't change that he has been so far the best PSG player when he was available and the most talented to have been bought during QSI era. Now, things have got too far and i just hope PSG will stand their grounds and get the fee they think he is worth.

Barca can't afford the fee psg want im guessing so do you think psg are willing to keep a toxic personality around the club after the summer or do you think they will accept a lower fee or player swap?

I'm not really in the know.

So far, PSG has been clear. The player has 3 years remaining on his contract and they aren't in an hurry to sell him. However, the player has made clear he wants to leave. As a consequence, they are open to offers that will match their valuation of the player.
I think Coutinho could be in the deal as PSG is reportedly interested in him and Coutinho wouldn't mind leaving Barça. Still, Barça would need to pay a big sum on top of that. The other players they would agree to include aren't interesting for PSG and don't want to leave Barça anyway.

It will be a complex operation. One thing for sure, the Qataris don't want to be bullied to sell and they won't bench him either.

Not entirely dissimilar to the Tevez debacle we went through.. but it was around that time that our owners changed our entire ethos, so perhaps something good can come out of this.
