Currently, less than that of RM. Barcelona before Neymar deal have spent net €100M this fiscal year whereas RM have net spend 190M. City is at net 99M, incidentally

Rakitic apparently has agreed to go in the deal to PSG but Dembele does not want to go to Paris on loan or permanently - Tuchel has reached out to the player to convince. €125m would be the payment spread out.
