It's a tough one, heart says no way, head can see some logic though . I do feel that the sheikh at some point wants to make a statement signing someone who is acknowledged as one of the top players in world football, and bring them to city.
Neymar has no chance of winning the Champions League or Ballon d'Or at PSG. It begs the question though, how much will Mbappe be worth if he keeps going the way he is?
Pretty sure they've changed the rules since then.buyout clause + 25%-40% tax

Q. IF Neymar is available and the fees quoted were correct and out of our FFP restraints.. If Barca say "Can we have Aguero at a Value of say £90m.. " Would you fork out £100m straight, knowing we've had the best of Sergio, and he then reunites with best pal Messi. Neymar join G.Jesus and we have the 3rd best player in the world?
That's a tough one for me.. future proof + refresh or see out contract + make Sergio and Jesus work.
Short, simple answer; no. Neymar is not worth the loss of Aguero PLUS 100m.
City will be here in 50-100 years, Aguero, Silva and comp. won't.
correct.Jesus will be better than him.
Neymar is a brand and his sponsors need him in the media spotlight 24/7
His advisors as well but very true. I think the player is quite settled at Barcelona actually, even in Leo's shadow. But that being said, I'd take the money & run
Do you think there's a reasonable chance that this transfer will happen mate? Normally I'd dismiss any reports out of hand because as good as he is, I can't see how any club would spend over 220 million Euros on any player even with the astronomical transfer fees we're seeing these days, but as it came from a Brazilian media outlet it could be assumed that they're closer to Neymar than media outlets in other countries so there may well be some truth in this.
I think this is more a case of the Qatari group trying to stick it to Barcelona over the Verratti saga - definitely angry with the club for this and abandoning Qatar as a sponsor.
