Marca reporting La Liga have no legal grounds to stop it, just Tebas belief that PSG can't afford it. None of his business.

They can't be breaking FFP, as the accounting period hasn't yet happened !

They are being accused of planning to break it! How can people accuse them of that & get away with it ?
 
If this was at the end of the season maybe La Liga could cry foul but with 4 weeks left PSG could sell 4 players for 200m and 50m seems to be the starting point which would more than pay for Neymar and his wages. Sue La Liga for 200m, force La Liga to let Neymar go and then impose a transfer ban on La Liga for the next 5 seasons and kick Barca out of CL, Mercy with justice :-)
 
So they fine PSG or they ban them, so fucking what, just means one if the best players won't be in the champions league, that's UEFAs loss, PSG can afford to pay any fine, the old guard dont like their noses been pushed out I love it, I hope we do it next with Mbappe the fuckers with have a heart attack.

No I think this is more a case of LFP trying to force PSG to negotiate with Barcelona for Verratti as part of the deal. It's a feeble attempt and will fail soon enough
 
This whole thing is just so fucking strange, what the fuck has it got to do with La Liga? And why any issues about FFP?

Neymar has a release clause, PSG pay it. Job done.

That's it in a nutshell but unfortunately Neymar is paying the money through his lawyers so things get murky.

So Qatar give Neymar the money to then sign for PSG for free? Is that the work round?

Ok, so taking that into account and the post above you with the Tebas comments, why aren't PSG paying the release clause? As we've already discussed, they have spent nothing else this summer so £200mil is nothing ridiculous.

IF the rumours are true about some form of deal of paying Neymar to promote the World Cup etc, then imo this deal does in fact stink and something should be done about it.

Which brings us to the core of FFP. Who are UEFA and LFP that they think they should decide what any given company wants to invest. Arrogant and downright ridicilous in any other line of business.
 
Can I just ask the legal implications of imposing a 200m buyout clause if you have the audacity to refuse the payment ? If so all buyout clauses should be made illegal. And la liga sued to the nines
 
Surely if Barca have sanctioned Neymar leaving and PSG have paid the requisite sum I would have thought the player could leave, Barca would hand over his registration and he would be registered with French League, one assumes it would then become a straight issue between Barca and La Liga for the 200m. A real madrid fan holding back 200m from Barca YCNMIU.
