Frankly I think Coutinho is better at pretty much everything and I suspect that I'm not alone. Coutinho would go for a huge fee and decent wages while we can't shift Nasri on a knockdown fee and and the same wage. I might be wrong of course but I suspect on the whole the market gets it right and right now Coutinho is a much more valuable asset.
If PSG do some crazy accounting and UEFA come down on them I'm sure other clubs will lump us in with PSG even if we were not involved in anyway. Therefore even though I would enjoy for a club to completely disregard FFP, I'd prefer it not to be a club owned by a Middle-Eastern group.
I'd prefer the idea of us stealing in and buying Neymar who I think is actually the best player in the world. (If that was at the price of Mbappe and Sanchez and was affordable under FFP). :-)

Qatar will employ Neymar as an ambassador for the 2022 WC and pay him a colossal fee, he will then pay his Barcelona release clause from his own pocket to become a free agent and will join PSG shortly afterwards with no transfer fee and no impact on their accounts.

The only thing I'm shocked with is Chelsea or Rags didn't fancy it even at that price. Hazard would have been of interest to Barca.
