If he were available and affordable (neither the case) then absolutely yes. A truly brilliant footballer on his day and under a guy like Guardiola if he were to show a good level of application it'd be ridiculous what he could do in a team like ours. He's become so underrated these days just due to how people perceive him as a person, but he's incredible. He tore Liverpool a new arsehole in the CL in the moments he could be bothered.

In terms of raw playing ability he's got everything Hazard has and more. If he could get his head straight then it'd be bonkers not to want him.

I can picture him taking s swing at one our supporters and getting his fucking head caved in tbh. Can’t see beyond that I’m afraid.
 
Nope never in a million years, we don't build teams around a "superstar", particularly an entitled mard arsed cheating superstar, good fit for either of the red scum really. We have a philosophy which plans years ahead which evolves teams not collects individuals
 
Neymar is a ridiculously good player. Hypothetically, as this would never stand a chance of happening, I couldn't see us wanting him - he doesn't fit the style of play and he's too much of a superstar
