Rakitic apparently has agreed to go in the deal to PSG but Dembele does not want to go to Paris on loan or permanently - Tuchel has reached out to the player to convince. €125m would be the payment spread out. Still a ways to go as several variations of the deal being discussed between money & 1 or 2 players (Umtiti & Semedo linked although club deny Semedo is being considered)
