Nitrous Oxide cannisters to be banned?

Great, because banning things definitely works...

Nice and easy extra income stream for a certain section of society, diversify their business portfolio.

Expect more of this bollocks as the election draws closer. "We've done fuck all but wreck everything for the last thirteen years but we're sorting it all now, you just need to re-elect is to finish the job."
These PR stunts have been going on for decades (not just the Tories either) but nothing real ever happens. None of these laws ever ever get enforced. Nothing happens. We have an entire political system based on empty promises. Many years ago I worked on a major project with a very senior Civil Servant. In an unguarded moment he told me: "You do realise that at least 50 per cent of all the legislation introduced is totally unnecessary."

They won't be banned, many business trades rely on them, possession without a good reason will be banned.

being caught in debdale park with them will get you arrested, going to nisbets and buying some for the coffee shop round the corner won't

It’s more than 50% if you ask me. The Blair gov created about 8,000 specific offences but their legislation is rarely used by prosecutors. Politicians talk about laws which “send a message” but that is not what legislation is for.

There are already laws to stop people driving like a dickhead. By all means, add it to the list of things you can't use while driving. But is it actually dangerous in itself? The effects are not long lasting like drugs. AFAIK, you could drive one minute after using it and there would be no difference in ability.

The government has its finger on the pulse of public opinion once again.

Crime and Police minister Chris Philp on Sky now telling us how squads of police officers will descend upon unruly anti social behaviour and that thanks for the government improving the economy over the last few years it’s all paid for and fully funded.

Think the twat has been on the gas….

I see them dropped everwhere when I come up, but rarely here in the Shire.
Some mornings out at work I think I must be the only one about who isn't stoned to the bone though. This newfangled weed stinks to high heaven!
