In light of the ever increasing human population and all the problems that brings to the planet, would a 1 year moratorium on childbirth for all countries be a good idea in your opinion ?

I know its probably impossible but what effect would it have, good or bad ?

The only way the debt fuelled Ponzi scheme that is so called "Capitalism" can continue is through an ever expanding population.

In this country we achieve this via unlimited immigration and by rewarding feckless breeders with generous benefits to just sit at home producing kids they can't afford.

So no, I think a 1 year ban on baby making is highly unlikely.
