Is Carlos Tevez really that lazy to have such a poor understanding of the english language after SEVEN YEARS in the country?

Just watched the post match interview on the OS and one thing is not being able to speak the lingo but I found it staggering that he needed his interpreter there to translate the ever so simple questions!!

It has always baffled me why he has never been arsed to learn English after being here so long.

But also, from what I hear his English is actually better than it seems. ie.he wouldn't really need any interpreters etc etc

Maybe he is just shit with languages.

My best mate is a physics whizz but ask him to even tell you where the local train station is in french and he couldn't do it, thats after 3 years studying it in school.

Id also probably say it wouldnt be his wisest moves to acknowledge his understanding too much given his expoloits with his police run ins...he got away with the tickets for not recognising the word constabulary...Im just glad hes looking decent again, especially with Sergio out

To be fair, it's one thing being able to speak a second language with mates, it's another to speak it with a TV camera & mic in your face. I don't know if his English is good or bad,
but because he needs help in interviews, doesn't necessarily tell you anything.

Surely being able to communicate more with your team mates on the pitch would help in a big way?
