I'm from around there, no investment is damn right the place see's very little government money compared to say Liverpool and just keeps getting fucked over.

As for Pantilimon I think it would be a good move for him, they need a Goalkeeper and he would be a certain starter even if he had poor form. Though I wonder if we'd be able to get a good replacement for him who'd be ok with being second choice.
