No refund for tonight's game.

I will demanding a refund tonight. I did the buy three ticket deal. i am going to demand my 1p back

Don't forget to charge interest at current rates. Tell them to treat it as a shareholders loan within their accounts. That should teach the b@stards !

;)

I agree with the OP.

I too should have a refund. I am stuck up in th'ills snowbound, yet I've got three tickets for the game.

If the club love us as much as they say they do, and if they want me to be a loyal supporter, then I fully expect a cheque winging into my postbox over the next couple of days compensating me for the weather conditions.

They can afford it...

The club are right of course, but it is creating a potential problem - given that they reduced the prices after they sold tickets at a higher price, the message to fans has to be this - for lesser games, in the future, don't buy your ticket until the very last minute because the prices may come down.

how have you been robbed? you have a ticket and the event is taking place, if YOU chose not to use it then so be it. Its no one elses responsibility.
Because we paid full price, and then they reduced it.

They should refund us all but they haven't.

To be fair mate they dont have to refund you fuck all. They didnt rob you they supplied you a ticket you paid for at the price requested and the game is still on. They didnt run down the street knock you other mug you then throw some tickets on you

No they SHOULDN'T.
I think they should.

We bought our tickets a day before the reduction, and we weren't even allowed in our own seats.

I'm obviously still going to go but I'm really pissed off at this.

My mum was happy with the price she'd paid, but she'd rather have paid £10 for us both instead of £40.

Not happy.

Why you so bothered, your mum is paying for the tickets.

If it means that much to you save your pocket money for the next few weeks and pay her back yourself.

People who say this doesnt usually happen are full of it

i have worked in ticketing for years with all sorts of sports teams and events, believe me, it happens ALL THE TIME, and the promoter/club are well within their rights to do so.

you agree to a price when you buy the ticket, if you are not happy with the price when you buy the ticket, dont buy it.

Thats exactly what I will be doing. The three for two deal sounded great and then in the end it was worth a fiver. Next time will probably wait and see what happens.

it makes sense to do this

but the risk you run is paying full price and getting rubbish seats..
