Im as blue as they come, and I love music, and I love that Noel Gallagher is a blue and he plays music and promotes us and represents us. But if him, or his brother, and definitely the pair of them together were playing a concert at the end of my garden I would shut the blinds and curtains. Love them all, but they are rubbish musicians and their songs and music is mediocre at best. no wonder every crap cover band in every pub play Oasis songs, they are really like music for beginners and can be sung by the the most novice vocalists. Love that they are City fans though

That's what's great about them, and why they still influence a lot of kids to pick up guitars, not the best musicians, singers or song writers ever but still managed to become the biggest band in the world and release some top tunes and albums. You don't have to be as talented as Hendrix to play music whether its in a pub band making a few quid doing something you love, and its more likely these bands learned those songs when they first started out and every one knows the words so why not play them

Liam’s album is pretty shit, lyrics are dead basic and immature. But I still like the guy.

I love how the pair of them wind people up. They were part of why it was so cool to be a Blue in the 90s, I think they’re great!

Noel is minted to the tune of several tens of millions; and he's never hidden the fact that the amount of £ he's made and continues to make has been a source of immense satisfaction to him. He was in Chile when we won the league in 2012. He could have hired a private jet to take him to the game and back again; he could have postponed the gigs either side of the match. He didn't. He stayed in South America and watched it on TV. Top Blue.

dont agree. i really like liams album. i find noels album boring.

I found Noel’s first two albums really samey, pretty shit, bar the first tune I posted above. The new album - while still not great - is something different and more psychedelic.

I could be wrong here but didn’t Oasis and their love of City have the club release loads of merch that was based around the Oasis logo- the white text in the black box- City had ‘City’ written in the same font and styles as their logo.
