IMO all he has done is make sure the CS match is no longer a friendly and just as important as any other game. Better to win this one than lose or draw, keeps them on the back foot, any win by them and they will milk it for all its worth.

If we win they can whinge all they want about it being a friendly doesn't matter etc, what it does do is crank up the pressure even more on them for the Derby game.

MCFC - just beat the fuckers at any opportunity, in whatever competition, actions on the field speak louder than words.
