Not sure about the non alcoholic drinks but I’m looking forward to doing dry January, did it January this year and felt much better for it, will definitely have a good slurp up until NYE though.

I recently did a 7 week break up to last weekend. Didn't go on our works Xmas do to ensure I wouldn't break my streak. I've felt fantastic for it (I'm usually a weekend binge drinker). I've drank twice over Xmas so far and felt crap afterwards so last drink on New Years Eve and then won't drink again until a stag do in Bratislava and the following wedding early February, which I'm not actually looking forward to now haha. After that, a long break until Easter I reckon.

During my breaks I don't bother with non alcoholic beers. I don't like the higher sugar content of them either as I try to keep sugar out of my life as much as possible too.

Yeah same here mate, I was shocked at how much better I felt both physically and mentally and I only drink on a weekend when I do.

If I go out and am driving I don’t need to drink alcohol as I have the sense and willpower not to and I won’t pay nearly the same amount for a non alcoholic option which although loads say tastes the same it fucking well doesn’t
