You're right and it looks like they could sign Witsel too, a top team they're building. Russians seem to be laughing at Financial Fair Play.
Hulk to Zenit is due to be completed this evening according to reports in Portugal. Fee of £40m+.
To add to this, there were reports in Belgium this morning that Witsel may be heading to Zenit as well. His release clause is rumoured to be 40M Euro.
