There are death camps and people starving to death, literally, in North Korea and purely because they're not in favour or "not patriotic" enough for the dictatorship.

The US is nothing like it and is our key ally.

Diplomacy is not working with NK ,China is the only realistic broker. If Kim fires anything at Guam then all hell will break loose.

Couldn't agree more mate, in particular, the North Koreans and what they have to endure, just to survive.. I think, as mad as Kim is, he knows that if he strikes any western targets he and his country would be destroyed, hopefully this is the case..

The first step in negotiation would be to end the cease fire and officially come to a peace agreement. (something which you've never done...thats the reason the entire country is paranoid as f*ck)

If the intelligence is already there to ascertain North Korea has been able to scale their weapons on the long-range nuclear basis, then that means someone is talking inside the country.

For that reason alone, the US/China MUST at least make an attempt to assassinate Kim.

There are people trained enough to accept the consequences and risks, much as when they flew into Pakistan to kill Bin Laden.

Suicide mission, it could well be, but a sniper/team could get an opportunity, and that would at least enable us to see how NK reacts?

This man rules by fear and has killed millions and enslaved even more of his people.

Just like Hitler and Saddam, there are always generals within who may be approachable and a people who are just waiting to be allowed to free think for themselves.

Nuclear War has always been avoided because of mutually agreed destruction. Kim doesn't give a shit.

Trump still has options but none are great before he inevitably has to put his own country first.
