North Manchester or South Manchester

bar the central areas in red newton heath and above are north with bradford, clayton openshaw and gorton being the east and anything below being south.

Lets be honest take didsbury out and the south is just the same as the north, it's all them ponces from cheshire and outer stockport areas making it look more affluent in the greater manchester sense, though give me a day in bury over alty and sale any day

What's funny with that map is there are areas on the map which English language (nevermind the Mancunian accent) isn't the first language of the area yet places which aren't considered a part of MCR (such as Heywood) which is under Rochdale council has plenty of people living there with strong Mancunian accents and routes from the MCR overspill of yesteryear.

People with ancestry routes dating back hundreds of years in MCR find themselves occupying areas such as Heywood and North Bury yet I go into MCR centre and a lot of people these days have either Southern accents or don't even speak English.
Only true Manc accent in our football team is from Pablo Zabaleta (and he's Argentinian)

You really think your northern blazing squad could compete with The mostly southern based tasties n govners dafuk and your beers shit lol

South Manchester is a much safer place to live with less crime.

Wythenshawe is especially nice if you're minted, and has its own airport.

Are you sure, just recently started working in northenden and all the staff who are from round there when i said "its a bit posh round here isn't it? posher than gorton anyway" told me it's rough especially northern moor and bagluey. Don't know the area myself so can only take their word only the lass from benchill had any praise for the place. Haven't had any bother and seems fine to me though

Like any part of Manchester, has its good parts and bad.

Don't think David Cameron was that impressed with Benchill.
