“The stadium overhaul will also see construction of a new TV studio”I seem to remember theres a tv studio being built adjacent the sky bar ??
And the speaker system is absolute rubbish, too loud in level3 too quiet in level 1Taking away blue bias and I'd say absolutely not. It's a good stadium, but not great.
The inside "bowl" area is good and hopefully will be very good once the NS is finished. The NS end will be brilliant based on planning images and the scale of the thing so far.
The internal finishes of the SS extension were rushed, the corners look crap and the hodge-podge of old/new roof is a bit naff. The SS external is a bit "meh", big but unspectacular.
Extend the East/West stands and get a proper roof (one that closes perhaps) on the whole thing.
As a facility, for your average fan the food/drink outlets are poor in quality and service is dreadful. I'm sure Tunnel Club for example is amazing, but not likely to be something I'll ever be able to experience.
The exterior of the stadium is in need of some love, both the "building" itself and the surrounding area. Where they've tried to cover the greyness of the stadium with the posters showing the timeline of club history (history? What history?) is very aged, with it peeling off in many places. Aside from that it's just......grey. Concrete grey. Give it some lighting to show off club colours, or a wrap around of some sort, perhaps like Bayern's stadium.
The surrounding pedestrian areas and footpaths are crumbling, puddles all over the place and any previous attempts at adding colour to the area are cracked/fading away. The maintenance of the Blue Moon walk where people could buy little discs has been a disgrace, but should have been a stand out feature.
There's potential for the Etihad Campus to be stunning, but once the centrepiece investment has been done it does need a lot of love overall.
The one you’ve highlighted in the second photo is iirc the tv studioBoxes here as well either side of the sky bar. Can’t remember if it was confirmed what they’ll be used for.

One is a 'tv studio', one a vip room. Same floor as the hotel roomsBoxes here as well either side of the sky bar. Can’t remember if it was confirmed what they’ll be used for.

The intention has always been to have a screen in each corner. So, since the SE is being installed at the moment and now the SW looks like something is happening seats removed, scaffolding being stocked and area outside being condoned off very similar to the sequence of events for SE there is good chance the screen support installers will be moving there once their work is doneIt proves they are doing work I agree , but it doesn’t guarantee it’s a screen !
oh yeah I remember , the 2 studios one for city one for sky or bt , also shows the 10 hotel bedrooms that have a pitch view . lovely stuff
Is that what the 'TV Studio Set up' one is for?oh yeah I remember , the 2 studios one for city one for sky or bt , also shows the 10 hotel bedrooms that have a pitch view . lovely stuff

Emirates the best by far in this country but not been to the new everton one. Spurs' new ground is an abomination with no space or facilities and hard to get in.1 spurs
2 city
3 Everton
for me that is how I rank them , city stadium great but spurs no 1 as its massive and has swappable pitches and more tiers , once the east and Colin upgraded for city then we will be on top but that's not happening anytime soon.
Everton no 3 as its a new build and its great but not quite top notch
I believe so but could be wrong , always believed sky snd bt get the bigger one as bigger crews etcIs that what the 'TV Studio Set up' one is for?
It’s just the modus operandi that seems different . East corner the “ardwick” seats were scaffolded around rather than moved out and several rows of seats in front were removedThe intention has always been to have a screen in each corner. 1 tiny bar in the away concourse at spurs for PL games narrow concourse and smallest seating space in a new stadium this century I have visited in the top flight with bars on seats reducing it too.
Similar experience to SU away but they have more than one bar for 3000 people. Spurs is easier to get a beer though due to those back packers selling fosters or carling, like at the horse racing.
