I’ve obviously missed it. Why is the hotel in breach?
That condition was 'no above ground works'. It was originally pre-start of any kind but they managed to amend it. Technicality of course, but anything above ground is by the wording, a breach.
Not that I think the planners would raise it, just a bit awkward going past so much built stuff. Remember they were originally meant to have the panel installed in April, so there would have been much less to ignore.

Ha, I knew there something weird about the pic but didn't see that. How the hell did they manage to pick out one woman from that in the first place?Is it her two left hands that do it for you?
And it won't matter on which side either.If City get relegated because of 115, we will need these new A.I. City fans to fill the expanded North stand and Etihad.
I hope the woman with the 2 left hands stands next to me. ;-)

Home game on Saturday, so hopefully a few passing shots from people. The eastern tower might even get fully connected with the ground by then.
Worth people seeing the mock-up in person if it is on their way, imo. You'll get a better feel than from images/drone.
I’m off work this week. I might go down tomorrow? TBH I don’t like taking pictures when there are construction workers onsite, and when security are onsite. If not tomorrow, at the weekend. CP Overview should be doing a drone update this week hopefully?
