That was the indoor cricket place "Stumps" which was mainly used for indoor football 7 days a week and then they used it for their academy. It had a bar in the early 1990s on the right as you went in, and it was cheap.

Sounds like a negotiated tender, from the length the appointment is taking. Who's costing it client side (both T&T and G&T seem involved), and how far did Laing's get with it previously?
