Which is why the big external screen on the east side of the hotel (facing residential units and the Alan Turing Way road) has strict criteria for when and how it can be used. The two north facing ones are much laxer. The stadium can be seen from far away, it would be on 365 days a year, a lot of traffic, cars, people, aircraft go past the ground every minute.
The LED screen on the end of the hotel facing Alan Turing Way has planning restrictions imposed to protect local residents and prevent traffic distraction, I doubt that a whole stadium LED matrix would get through planning especially added to the 3 already passed and the Co-op Live oneThe stadium can be seen from far away, it would be on 365 days a year, a lot of traffic, cars, people, aircraft go past the ground every minute.
Amazing that the circus tent seems fully lit on the visuals, is that ok because it's red? ;)The LED screen on the end of the hotel facing Alan Turing Way has planning restrictions imposed to protect local residents and prevent traffic distraction, I doubt that a whole stadium LED matrix would get through planning especially added to the 3 already passed and the Co-op Live one
May have different planning laws in the people’s republic of StretfordAmazing that the circus tent seems fully lit on the visuals, is that ok because it's red? ;)

It's the rags, it's gods wish, nothing to see here!Has it got planning permission? Will the final version be the same? How bright is the lighting? Are there any distracting moving images? Is the stadium flanked by two busy main roads? Etc.
That would be no, no,don’t know ,no & no :-;Has it got planning permission? Will the final version be the same? How bright is the lighting? Are there any distracting moving images? Is the stadium flanked by two busy main roads? Etc.
They will also use it like the dippers to write off £50M on a project that never happened but keeps them within the PSRThe rags circus mirage will never be built its just a diversion to appease the green and gold masses and keep them content for a while, 2 billion ? My arse !!!
It might depend on whether they are in the CL. They will have to fund it by borrowing. City borrowed a lot of money as well under CFG.The rags circus mirage will never be built its just a diversion to appease the green and gold masses and keep them content for a while, 2 billion ? My arse !!!
Cl is 40m plus, pennies when 2 billion is needed. It might depend on whether they are in the CL. They will have to fund it by borrowing. City borrowed a lot of money as well under CFG.

CL income is per annum. City Football Group took out a $650m loan over 7 years to finance infrastructure spend across the group. You don't have to pay the nominal off. You roll it over and service the interest repayments. I assume that is what happens with the Glazer debt.Cl is 40m plus, pennies when 2 billion is needed.

Spurs stadium was c.£1.2 BIt’s complete fiction - they could never build something on that scale for £2bn.
