Which is why the big external screen on the east side of the hotel (facing residential units and the Alan Turing Way road) has strict criteria for when and how it can be used. The two north facing ones are much laxer.

The LED screen on the end of the hotel facing Alan Turing Way has planning restrictions imposed to protect local residents and prevent traffic distraction, I doubt that a whole stadium LED matrix would get through planning especially added to the 3 already passed and the Co-op Live one

Amazing that the circus tent seems fully lit on the visuals, is that ok because it's red? ;)

It might depend on whether they are in the CL. They will have to fund it by borrowing. City borrowed a lot of money as well under CFG.

CL income is per annum. City Football Group took out a $650m loan over 7 years to finance infrastructure spend across the group. You don't have to pay the nominal off. You roll it over and service the interest repayments. I assume that is what happens with the Glazer debt.
