Spurs are on record as saying they couldn’t have afforded to build that same stadium today because of incredible cost increases.

It’s complete fiction - they could never build something on that scale for £2bn.

Personally think £2bn is the conservative figure, something like that by the time they break ground could be pushing £2.5-£2.75bn

If on the off chance the stadium is built there’s a lot of useless (and costly) features for Scruffy Jim to cost engineer out , first thing to go will be the three towers saving millions ! We need to get FA Cup Semi-Finals back at neutral grounds outside of Wembley. I'd love to see us put the Etihad forward for them, history repeating itself as Maine Road used to hold them regularly.

Be a great venue to use once the NS/surrounding infrastructure is complete.
