Looking at cpoverview’s and ssskies drone footage since the start of the project, probably on their phone. Seems endemic. So many sat on their arses doing nowt apart from texting their mates.

Took this picture from my drone before the Bournemouth game. Absolute joke how little they’ve done the past 18 months.

Quite a bit of the job is on the phone now - field reporting, Q&S stuff, even potentially checking drawings and the BIM model

Sites have been banning phones for years. More due to health and safety risks due to distraction or lack of attention. Particularly at height,scaffolding,under moving objects etc. Rather than specifically loss of production, but that too plays a part I'm sure.
