Who's going to occupy the commercial building? I presume it's City. Moving all the admin out of the stadium, at a guess?
A lot of admin is over in the CFA building currently. The commercial building will be a museum on the lower floor, a club shop and then workspace in the floors above.Who's going to occupy the commercial building? I presume it's City. Moving all the admin out of the stadium, at a guess?
We got the broom cupboard to share between us in the penthouse. Like Bender and Fry in Futurama.I heard the Bluemoon mods were taking a floor with @Ric setting up shop in the penthouse suite across the way.
Not true I’m afraid. The decontamination of the Clayton Aniline site was carried out at public expense, before City took over, as no one would touch it without remediation. You missed off the toxic apocalyptic wasteland that was Clayton Aniline, the Sheikh should be thanked for cleaning up just that with no cost to the taxpayer.
1894 are taking one of the offices, and the office next to it is being converted into the banner storage room. ;-)Who's going to occupy the commercial building? I presume it's City. Moving all the admin out of the stadium, at a guess?
The penthouse is a duplex !!I heard the Bluemoon mods were taking a floor with @Ric setting up shop in the penthouse suite across the way.
From the Design Access Statement I think there has been some modificationsWho's going to occupy the commercial building? I presume it's City. Moving all the admin out of the stadium, at a guess?

I'm less certain of who actually paid now but it was Brooklands Development Ltd (a wholly owned City company) who applied for the preparatory ground works in 2011.Not true I’m afraid. Thankyou Ian, it is very much appreciated. I'm just impressed with the build. SISK are doing an excellent job. Cheers
Video from Thursday 2nd Jan, good to see workers back on site. As I was driving away another lower terrace section was being lifted into position.
I have the documents somewhere and will try to dig them out. I had a project at work involving this area.I'm less certain of who actually paid now but it was Brooklands Development Ltd (a wholly owned City company) who applied for the preparatory ground works in 2011.
