It’s possible there will be half season cards / flexi-golds for the second half on next season. Obviously, reduced annual / half-year fees. The current timetable would allow that but City won’t commit (or do nothing) unless the roof is / isn’t replaced on schedule.I was thinking. Dangerous.
I’m assuming the club won’t put any new North stand and 2nd tier, Flexi-Gold, season tickets on sale next season, as the 2nd tier won’t be finished until some point during the season. No exact date has been confirmed yet.
Once the North stand and the 2nd tier finished, I’m guessing the club will sell seats on a match to match basis to Citizen card holders, and the club will allow season ticket holders to transfer their seat seats from other parts of the ground on a match to match basis, if they want to do that?
That way Citizen card holders and season ticket holders can see what the new North stand and the 2nd tier are like, find a seats they want to sit in, if they decide to relocate when seats are made available by the club in the 2026/27 season.
Thoughts.
8 of us relocated together to the new south stand 3rd tier when it opened as we were dotted about the ground since the move and we were being priced out of level 2. We’re down near the front so they’re not the cheap ones that those further back have got. I fancy a move to the new north stand seats with the improved facilities and as we’re travelling from north manchester it’d be slightly easier logistically. But just have no idea how easy that will be to relocate and the price comparison.I was thinking. Dangerous.

Yeah there’s a tunnel that’s goes under the link between hotel / commercial building and standWill you be able to walk around the ground without walking around the hotel and offices? Walking from Ashton New Road by the Tesla garage to block 113 was a bit of a mission yesterday evening.

I know you are right, but I just think a tunnel is quite a misleading word imo. There is a linking piece above the existing ring walkway, when you go under a bridge for instance you don't really describe that as tunneling. By the same logic you could call the new city square a tunnel as well.Yeah there’s a tunnel that’s goes under the link between hotel / commercial building and stand
Don’t disagree, actually thought someone world comment but there isn’t a good word for it maybe underpass? I doubt that the square would be legitimately described as a tunnel as the structure above is no more than a coverI know you are right, but I just think a tunnel is quite a misleading word imo. A good northerner might call it a ginnel and I know it's not a narrow alley between the backs of houses but good to cling onto some of the old dialectDon’t disagree, actually thought someone world comment but there isn’t a good word for it maybe underpass? Sounds far too sensible for CityI was thinking. Dangerous.

Sure City will be happy for you to walk through an area with loads of F&B outlets on the way to your seatWill you be able to walk around the ground without walking around the hotel and offices? Walking from Ashton New Road by the Tesla garage to block 113 was a bit of a mission yesterday evening.

Surely you can just walk through walls :)Will you be able to walk around the ground without walking around the hotel and offices? Walking from Ashton New Road by the Tesla garage to block 113 was a bit of a mission yesterday evening.
He's not going on the pitch against us is he?Surely you can just walk through walls :)
Whatever it’s called I can see it being a bit of a pinch point. The “inside” city square under the roof will presumably be pretty busy and if they’re gonna preserve the “home fans only” principle there will need to be some sort of security/ticket check like we used to have to get into Summerbees bar. A free pedestrian flow seems difficult?I know you are right, but I just think a tunnel is quite a misleading word imo.
