Do you think possibly the stadium roof rather than the hotel, looks like apart from the aircon units the hotel roof is pretty much complete

Early leavers leave early. It's nothing to do with transportation issues. I have seen people leave football matches 10-15 minutes early to wait stuck in the car park until some time after the match had finished.

My dad was furious if he wasn’t back home sat at the kitchen table with a brew listening to the final couple of minutes on the wireless. Leaving 20 minutes before the end no matter the opponent or score. Hereditary I suppose

It is for the roof of the stand, and skybar. Exact same stuff as is on the rest of the staduim roof. It is not for the hotel, which has already had its membrane and ballast installed.

It is a lot of kalzip to recycle, but I would imagine Sisk have called dibs on it all.

Mentioned this almost a year ago, when they were stripping the old roof. How time flies.

Video from this afternoon. You can see the steel roof tensioners in place.

Are they screwed connectors on the roof tensioners to adjust them before the full load is taken up? There are thickenings towards each end I think? I couldn't see a clear picture to tell either way.

Edit: in fact there's multiple thickenings along them so perhaps that's just the manufacturing process?

I caught it the other day , looks like they have it attached to a long metal post and than the cable underneath and attach that way
