That Platt Lane stand was the final straw for many of us. I joined the political wing of the Swales Out movement the day after seeing the monstrosity for the first time.I hated the look of that Kippax stand. Saying that, it wasn't as bad looking at the new Platt Lane stand. That was absolutely shocking.
Have it on my wall as a reminder of the shite Maine road became , but I still love it
