That seat line-up in the latest block is playing havoc with my ocd!! Why don’t they all line up?
Half plus the incomplete block, and the last block wasn't started until these last few days. The covers are on the 4 blocks to the right which have been done already.60%? Really? It doesn't look like that here.....

Fair enough; I stand (sit?) corrected. I didn't realise those covers were concealing seats.Half plus the incomplete block, and the last block wasn't started until these last few days. The covers are on the 4 blocks to the right which have been done already.
Forgive me if this has already been asked and answered. But if the focus on the North stand isn’t to improve the atmosphere, then what was the point in having a unified 2nd tier, why not just mirror the South Stand?
I do like the look of it and I reckon the museum will look amazing, can’t wait to see it all. You’re right. There isn’t really a point at all. They could quite easily just have a safe standing section at the back of a third tier.
Looks cool though doesn’t it?
Who said it wasn't?Forgive me if this has already been asked and answered. But if the focus on the North stand isn’t to improve the atmosphere, then what was the point in having a unified 2nd tier, why not just mirror the South Stand?

I suppose they were never going to line up exactly as the edge of the bloc is tapered - it doesn’t run at a 90 degree angle - and so there will inevitably be irregular spacing between the seats across different rows.
However the people installing them could have done a better job at evening out the spaces between each seat across each of the rows - looks like they’ve just put a cluster of seats tightly together in the middle and then spaced out towards the end of the row.
are they screens or have I been "Clarkied"Went for a coffee at the canalside cafe. The view on matchdays of those new screens will be in demand. Some day the 'bush' may need a trim...
