It used to be up to this season and now getting a beer at half time is almost impossible unless you leave on 35 minutes and then neck it in one almost and get back to your seat 5 minutes after kick off. Staff act like its some kind of surprise that people show up at half time wanting a drink.

There's 3 separate areas, City Square, City Hall (with 2 double serving bars so they face inside and out) & the lower floor of the hotel which has 3 separate food & beverage outlets.

Edit: it's designed so that it can all be used on non matchdays.

Well it does, the discussion was about the bars in the North Stand (I assume North Street is a typo!) and whether they will be good enough as the bar staff are hit and miss in other existing places. My point is that it would not surprise me if they install more beer vending machines in there and that will probably extend throughout the stadium concourses therefore removing (or at least mitigating) the staff quality issue.

Pretty sure I’ve asked this before but is there any indication who can get entry to City Hall (the inside bit)? Anyone on level 0 or only certain sections?
 
Sorry, I'm sure it's been mentioned but I only pop on this thread occasionally.

I've heard stewards at the ground talking about February. Is that when it's looking likely to open from what we know?
 
Take the tickets seats etc to the tread below please I want to know if the last piece of cladding has been fitted to the SW side and wether the fins aka sails are in place :-D How can JRB get his crane fixed otherwise?

It's a tricky one, because they will always interlink in some ways. Particularly say the discussions between myself bluesmith & hellocity etc, on what the statement means in terms of what bit might or might not have moved where within the stand, potential impact on bars, subdivision of layouts etc. Those to me are directly related to the building and ongoing construction. Sure people arguing over who's at fault for something that hasn't happened yet are unrelated, but I see there has been a bit of a conscious self driven effort now to bump that naturally into the other thread immediately below this.

Valid reminder going forward though, for sure.

All the discussion posts have already fallen down the post order.

I really don’t see what the problem is discussing topics that relate to the North stand construction.

As soon as CP and SS post their videos, and picture takers post their pictures, the thread will get back to the construction topic.
