No official firm date has ever been set for any openings aside from 2026 and the fact that the stand will open first then the commercial building, maybe not in entirety, followed by the hotel later in the year
My guess for what its worth is the club will be keen for the stand to open before the season end to get the test events done at the very least

My guess is the club would love to have it open for any potential QF/SF in the CL as they'll be able to cash in big time with the extra seats, obviously PL games as well but those 2 potential CL games are the big money.

1st potential QF date is 7th April so guess would need to be having test events early March for it to be ready for that

You would imagine with the concerts in the summer they would want it open ( depending on the stage placement)

Handover to the club for GA areas is pencilled for 17th march, with the sky bar being next season... Fully expect them to try push to get people in for a CL QF or Semi if we're there for some miracle, or for the last game of the season if it looks like we might win the league

It could be a tough ask renting the office space out. Probably will depend on the cost per sq ft. Most office occupiers want to be in the city centre, not a few miles from it next to a football stadium. Metrolink, and parking, which will have to be provided, will help.

I went on a tour of Eden just over the city centre border in Salford. The agent told me they still had 7 floors to let, and were struggling to let the floor space as Eden wasn’t on the Manchester side of the city centre.

I’m sure overtime the office space will be let. The 3 floors aren’t big floor plates.

This is how the completed Skywalk will look the two mountings on the extremes of the beams will support the Pitch Panorama 8
The walkways that they have fitted, are the bridge start and landing point 3 & 7
Im guessing they will crane in the main sections complete, including the bridge between the quad pods 5 ?Image 6-30-25 at 12.57 PM.jpeg

I wouldn’t go up there if you paid me because I am terrible with heights, but something Manchester does lack is urban look-out points. Even with all the skyscrapers that go up in the city centre, none of them have rooftop viewing areas.
