Ah, that explains the drivel.by the poster formerly known as 'Gone For a Burton'.
How of an impact will the North Stand construction, hotel, entertainment areas etc have on matchday revenue? Ours is the lowest out of the top 6 clubs, will be interesting to see how much of the gap is closed on the rags and London clubs once it’s fully operating
We will probably pass Liverpool on match day revenues but have miles to go to close United, Spurs and Arsenal.
From TalkSport (revenue per home game)
MCFC £2.8m
LFC £3.1m
MUFC £4.38
THFC £5m
AFC £5.2m
Off topic but you can see from those figures why the rags were so behind removing the share of the revenue from the away club back in the day 25% of ticket sales was a sizable amount assuming 50% of the rags revenue is ticket sales that £10.4m a season, of course some of that would be recouped in the revenue they got from their aways games but it would be a net loss for themWe will probably pass Liverpool on match day revenues but have miles to go to close United, Spurs and Arsenal.

I stand corrected. The first picture proper showing the view of the stadium and pitch from NSL2. This is the view those of you relocating to NSL2 will get. Last picture.

Don't think that they are temporary or they would have been removed by now. But they will be beyond vision, if you are looking at the pitch and not looking up at the roofIn that final pictute, those verticals we previously discussed between the cable ring and the roof beam, there, look very much temporary. Mind you could be an older photo.
Would be good to know what margin is being made on those revenues to understand exactly what gap needs closingWe will probably pass Liverpool on match day revenues but have miles to go to close United, Spurs and Arsenal.

It has been suggested that in the New Year, City will announce a schedule of the Health and Safety tests. That announcement might give us a clue on the timing of the opening.Any idea when it actually opens?
I'm constantly trying to get tickets for me and my dad. There usually single tickets available but trying to get two seats together is always difficult.
We end up going to cup matches or occasionally get a lower prem team - we've got hospitality tickets for Brighton as well - I'd love to get some tickets for a few of the better matches.
Have you tried joining your local OSC Branch and requesting home tickets.Any idea when it actually opens?

Yes I believe that is correct. Newcastle used to offer the highest number of s/t’s iirc.Liverpool I believe statistically have the least season tickets in the premier league percentage wise to allow for maximum revenue from day trippers etc
Happy new year I'm always buzzing when you post new stand pics.Happy New Year and all the best to everyone who has contributed to this fantastic thread throughout 2025.
Looking forward to 2026 and the opening of the redeveloped NS and the new NSL2 tier.
